Acknowledgement of Application:

The candidates will be short listed based on their academic background and experience. Short listed candidates will get a call for the first round of an interview. If a candidate clears the first round, next rounds follow that may be creative, presentation, technical and HR round.

Appraisals:

The appraisals take place every year but it is done even in the mid of a year for the deserving candidates.
