I hereby grant permission for my child, to walk home from school independently. I understand and agree to the following conditions:

I acknowledge that I am responsible for the safety of my ward after dispersal.

I confirm that my child is familiar with the safe route and has been educated on pedestrian safety.

In case of any change to this arrangement, I will promptly notify the school in writing.

I understand that it is the responsibility of the parents and not the school once the child has left the school premises.
